Baker - Prince Albert House

As a member of the Baking Team, you play a significant role in creating a warm, welcoming and comfortable environment for all families who stay at Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan.  Food nourishes both the body and the soul, and we are grateful that you are willing to serve in this way. The volunteer baker works under the direction of the Family Service & Programs Associate.  We value teamwork and collaboration, and we are grateful that you are a part of the Ronald McDonald House SK Prince Albert Team!

As a member of the House Services Volunteer Team, you play a significant role in creating a positive and supportive experience for all the families who stay here.  In addition, you help create a friendly and comfortable environment by assisting with the daily operations of the House and ensuring the family’s needs are taken care of.  The House Services Volunteer is under the direction of the House Services Team and will work closely with our Facility Coordinator, House Services staff and Family Services Associates.  We value teamwork and collaboration and are grateful you are part of the Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan Prince Albert Team!  You will act as an ambassador of Ronald McDonald House SK and our values both in the House and in the community.

As a member of the Garden & Yard Team, you play a significant role in creating warm, welcoming and comfortable environment for families who stay at Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan. Under the direction of the Facility Coordinator, you are responsible for caring for the Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan yard and garden space. We value teamwork and collaboration, and we are grateful that you are a part of the Ronald McDonald House SK Prince Albert team.

As a member of the General Maintenance Team, you play a significant role in creating a warm, welcoming and comfortable environment for families who stay at Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan. Under the direction of the Facility Coordinator, you will assist with projects, minor repairs and touch-ups that are important to make the families safe and comfortable. We value teamwork and collaboration, and we are grateful that you are a part of the Ronald McDonald House SK Prince Albert team.

General Maintenance Volunteer

As part of the Guest Experience Volunteer team you will help provide an atmosphere of warmth and support to families by interacting with visitors to the Ronald McDonald Family Room located at the Victoria Hospital. This position is under the direction of the Family Room Manager and Family Room Staff Associate. 

As a member of the Guest Experience Volunteer (GEV) Team you play a significant role in ensuring all guests and visitors to Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan are greeted and welcomed with exceptional hospitality into the House environment. In addition, you help create a friendly and comfortable environment by assisting with the daily operations of the House, and supporting families as needed. The GEV is under the direction of the Guest & Volunteer Relations Associate.  We value teamwork and collaboration and are grateful you are part of the Ronald McDonald House SK Prince Albert Team!  You will act as an ambassador of Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan and our values both in the House and in the community.

As a member of the Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan Volunteer Team, you play a significant role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for the families who stay here. Under the direction of the Facility Coordinator, you are responsible for the ongoing care and health of our indoor plants as well as assisting with organizing and refreshing common spaces ensuring that families are comfortable and support seasonal décor changes.

Living plants not only add beauty, but also purify the air, soften shared spaces, and offer families a comforting connection to the familiar sights and feelings of home. Plants often spark conversation and connection between volunteers, staff, and other families, which can bring comfort during a challenging time. By caring for the plants and floral arrangements in the House, you contribute to a space where every family feels respected and at home. We value teamwork and collaboration and we are grateful that you are a part of the Ronald McDonald House SK Prince Albert Team!
