Book a Boardroom

Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan is reaching out to outside groups and organizations to offer our Boardroom and Multi-purpose Room, in the Saskatoon House, for your next meeting or social event.

Your booking includes:

• Accommodations for up to 15 people
• Complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Speaker Bar & Conference Phone
• Complimentary coffee, tea, water & fresh baking
• External catering is welcome, with the option to use our dishes and cutlery
• A House tour if interested

As guests are invited to contribute $10/night for their stay at the House, the Book-A-Boardroom program helps us bridge the gap between what guests pay and the actual cost of upkeep for a room.

Use of our boardroom space is by donation to Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan, which will be eligible for a tax receipt. To request a meeting room please complete our request form.
