At Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan, we strive to create equitable experiences for all people at all times. We recognize the value and importance of incorporating diverse perspectives in the ways that we serve families, and conduct business, and are dedicated to ongoing learning in the areas of reconciliation, equity, diversity, and inclusion in order to create positive change. In regular review of progress through the Global Diversity Equity Inclusion Benchmark (GDEIB) Assessment, we actively review our work to continue to strengthen our organization.

Through our acknowledgment of Saskatchewan as a traditional territory of First Nations and Metis people, and serving families from Treaties 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10, we commit to regular review and implementation of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action that are relevant to serving families where we have a position to impact positive change.
We commit to creating an organizational culture that enables regular review and adaptation of policies, practices, and structures in our intentional work towards equity.

Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan values the contribution that volunteers make to the experience of our guest families’ stay. Volunteers assist in creating a safe and comfortable environment, and add to our diverse collection of skills, experiences, culture and knowledge. Our volunteers provide a spirit of support and generosity that positively impacts our guest families, visitors and staff.
