Vanessa is a human resources professional with over 25 years of experience who also provides coaching through her practice, Know Your Potential Consulting, supporting others in their growth and development. She has been fortunate to lead the Total Rewards program at Federated Co-operatives Limited for over 10 years. Vanessa believes life is about the ripple effects we create in supporting one another, and that even small actions can make a difference. She has been on the Board since 2023 and looks forward to contributing and supporting the work of Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan.
